Can the cops arrest you for living in a house where drugs are being sold even if you were not involved?

I was living with my parents and the law raided there house for selling narcotics and I knew nothing about them selling narcotics and I was not involved in it. The cops told me that they were arresting me on the same charges as my parents. The cops said they were arresting me because I lived in the house too and that I had too know what was going on with the drugs. I knew nothing about the drugs. Is there anything I can due about this to prove I'm innocent.
