IF you or someone you know has Aspergers Syndrome, do you recall being bullied by other students?

Because of a sensitivity to a random sound or whatsoever? I have Aspergers Syndrome! I'm 20 going on 21, and yes I was bullied in high school. I cannot stand to hear people crying (especially babies and very young children)! It's like torture, when it's upsetting, atop of being really annoying! I just cannot stand the sounds! Students (even my clmates) would make crying sounds at me, even yell out WAH WAH WAH. Even if people would pretend to cry, I still hate it! As a matter of fact, I didn't understand why they would continue to be so immature to me when I'm making friends who I thought would try to help me. I didn't expect them to be so immature! I have talked to my social counselor at the school about this many times throughout high school, and among the things she had said to me was one I will never forget. "They do it to get a rise out of you.", she told me. It is SO TOTALLY WRONG AND BEYOND MEAN to get a rise out of an autistic child, which will cause overload and meltdowns. I have read about autistic children - teenagers becoming victims of bullying, often because of their symptoms which includes diminished social interaction skills, obssessive behavioral tendencies, sensitivity issues, limited or no understanding of nonverbal behavior, difficulties in social reciprocity (sharing interests, feelings, and relating to peers), limited or no understanding of social etiquette (such as school code of conducts and violations, when it's okay to interrupt, and when enough is enough) and clumsiness.
