How am I going to afford my plastic surgery?

I have no money. I work at a job that pays less than $12/hour, and I'm going to be going back to school so I'm going to have to pay a fortune in tuition and books. But next year, when I turn 25, I'm planning on getting a hair transplant because I have a receeding hairline and thinning hair on the top of my head. I'm real self-conscious about it, and I really just wanna look good. The surgery's going to cost around $10,000. How am I going to pay for this? I have about $4000 in savings, but that might disappear soon because I have so many expenses. Would I be able to get a loan somewhere? Would I be able to pay it back in an installment plan? When my grandmother dies, I stand to inherit quite a bit of money, so I will be able to pay for it eventually, just not right now. Any advice?
