How often can a professional boxer fight?

The old timers have so many fights. Trying to clear things up, can a professional boxer fight in Las Vegas every weekend..so hypothetically 4 times a month, given he/she doesn't get ko'ed or tko'ed? If not Las Vegas, how about another state with a more lax boxing commission or no boxing commission at all.
