Guinea pig ripping paper?

my guinea pig that i adopted around 2 months ago he had a really small hutch i mean tiny had to be self built because he was in a home rescue center run by an old lady anyway we put him in a better hutch outside and he seems to be ripping up paper quite aggressively and seems to be getting more and more aggressive i suspect he needs stimulating any ideas if so any ideas he doesnt have a overly big hutch so overall any ideas
