How do I use limewire software ?

Well I've downloaded the new version of limewire But i don't know to use it ex: when i gave search for tally software it gave me some error (We recommend you don't download programs using LimeWire. However, you can enable downloading programs via Tools> options > Search> Search Filtering) I tried to do that but got confuse while I was in search. can u pls help me.
