I plan on calling the hotline number, but thought maybe I could ask you here: how can I get my printer ?

working again. I have a HP Inkjet one (don't have the model number info now). It keeps on stating I have a toner cartridge problem. At first I thought it was because my black ink cartridge was running low. To be safe, I purchased two new cartridges; one color and the other black. I installed them in (did this several times actually) and I keep on receiving the same error message. How can this be, since the cartridges are brand new? And I'm pretty sure they clicked in correctly.
