Jonas Brothers?

I know how fast tics for the Jonas Brothers concerts are gonna go (for places that already put them on sale, they were gone within minutes). Me and my friend went to the last night of the Hannah Montana concert and we had to get tics within the first 10 mins and they were gone. We got sucky seats and we don't want that again. So I know there are sites where you pay some membership fee or whatever and you get to order tickets early. Can anybody tell me a site that'll let me do that so we can get decent tickets when they go on sale for a concert around upstate NY? thanks for anybody who can help
