Serious bleeding i NEED help NOW! (menstral or miscarriage?)?

I totally understand how scared you must be, I had severe bleeding when I was 16 weeks pregnant, I was terrified so bad I was shaking, it could be a miscarriage yes, but only your doctor will be able to tell you, but rather than waiting to go to your DR I suggest you go to the ER urgently, miscarriages can be extremely dangerous and even cause death in a few cases. If you have miscarried they need to check that your womb has expelled all of it and not retained pieces as this can cause severe infection. Please get this seen to ASAP, do you have a friend/bf/family member that could go along with you? Try not to worry, and remember it could also be due to the fact you got fingered because you could have damaged yourself a little inside. good luck =)
