Is there a commercial product that encodes video after it is uploaded and then streams it. Like YouTube?

I'm specifically looking for a product that we can use on our company intranet. The idea is that videos uploaded to our server over the Internet from outside, would automatically be encoded and then be available to stream the video internally on the Intranet with minimal user interaction required. Is there a product that can do this "out-of-the-box"?
