Should we follow this scripture? Or should we continue trying to win the lost?

the one scripture here talks that when one is doing evil they will continue doing evil and the filthy will continue dobeing filthy and the righteous will keep being righteous and the one who is holy will keep being holy meaning that bny revelation 22 CHRIST is here and those who are still doing evil seing the works of GOD will not change so yes we should keep winning the lost to CHRIST
